Big Ol' Egg Drop April 11th

Did you miss this last year? We went and it was a ball! My girls only got one egg, but they loved seeing their friends and a big helicopter that close up (freaked me out a little bit, though). It is a great event to get the kids ready for the Easter bunny to visit their house!

Here are all the egg-citing details from www.bigeggdrop.com:

"Join us on Sat., April 11 at Station Camp High School in Gallatin as Peace Community Church hosts the second annual Big Ol' Egg Drop, a benefit event supporting The Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. We're making things BIGGER and BETTER this year. More eggs, more food, and more games.

Twenty-thousand eggs, filled with candy and toys, will be dropped from a helicopter, and children will be able to run onto the field and “find” them. Kids will be separated into age groups, and there will be three different drops. We're going to make sure no one walks away empty handed. There will also be lots of inflatables and games for younger children. The Easter Bunny will be there, and parents will be able to take free pictures. There will also be live music, and Chick-fil-A will be on site.

Admission is free, but we are asking for canned goods to be donated to The Second Harvest Food Bank. Monetary donations will also be accepted. Registration will begin at 11 a.m with The Big Ol' Egg Drop to follow at noon.

Directions From Vietnam Veterans Blvd.:
  • Take Exit 8, Saundersville Road
  • Turn Left
  • Go Straight at the first stop sign
  • Station Camp High School will be on the right"

See you there!
